At Rebelicious, we aim to make shipping, returns and refunds clear and hassle‑free. This section mirrors the structure shown on your live site.
1) Shipping Policy
1.1 Processing times
• Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of confirmation.
• Processing may take longer during holidays or promotions.
1.2 Shipping methods & costs
• Fees are calculated at checkout based on destination and speed.
• Standard and expedited options are offered where available.
1.3 Delivery targets
• EU: 3–7 business days after dispatch.
• Non‑EU: 7–20 business days, depending on the region.
1.4 Customs, VAT & duties
• EU: Prices are shown in EUR and include VAT where applicable.
• Non‑EU: We do not charge VAT; local import taxes/duties are the customer’s responsibility.
1.5 Lost or delayed parcels
If your parcel appears delayed or lost, email hello@rebelicious.eu with your order number. We’ll help investigate with the carrier.
2) Return Policy
2.1 Eligibility
• Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
• For hygiene/safety reasons, opened cosmetics, used skincare, personalized items and digital content can’t be returned unless faulty.
2.2 How to start a return
• Email hello@rebelicious.eu with your order number, item(s) and reason.
• If eligible, we’ll reply with step‑by‑step instructions.
2.3 Customer responsibility
• For change‑of‑mind returns, return postage is paid by the customer.
• For international returns, you’re also responsible for any customs paperwork/fees.
3) Refund Policy
3.1 What we refund
• Refunds are issued for eligible returns received in original condition.
• Original shipping isn’t refunded unless we made an error (defective/incorrect item).
3.2 How refunds are issued
• We refund to the original payment method (Stripe or PayPal).
• Please allow up to 14 days after we receive and inspect the return for the refund to appear.
3.3 Partial refunds
• If items/packaging aren’t returned in original condition, a partial refund may apply.
4) Defective, damaged or incorrect items
• Email hello@rebelicious.eu within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging.
• We’ll cover return shipping for approved cases and offer a replacement or refund.
5) Exchanges
We don’t process direct exchanges. Please place a new order and return the original item if eligible.
6) International orders
• Customers outside the EU are responsible for any import taxes/duties.
• Refunds don’t cover customs fees paid at import.
• We can’t refund items delayed or confiscated by customs.
